You will receive an email confirmation of your online order within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to inform you of the approximate shipping time for back orders. Most orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

If available, overnight orders must be placed no later than 12:00 noon EST the previous day.

Since our specialty merchandise comes from all over the world, availability and shipping times may vary. We will let you know of any delays or backorders. If part of your order is not in stock, you may choose to have it partially shipped, or we can hold your order and ship it when it is complete.
