Return Policy
Your happiness is our first priority. If you are
dissatisfied with your purchase, we will uphold our
promise of the best Customer Service. Please contact us,
by email, within five days of receiving the merchandise,
and we will discuss the reason for your return.
Please note that there will be a 10% restocking
fee on all returned items. Returns are accepted
on all regularly stocked merchandise returned in
NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION. New and unused means
there are no marks or signs of use on the product.
To avoid a 25% restocking fee, the
merchandise must be packaged as originally shipped,
including all labels and product inserts. Returns are
not accepted where there is indication that the items
have been used or handled in any manner to prevent them
from being sold as first quality products. Yacht Linens
reserves the right to inspect and return to you items
which are unacceptable. Special orders which include
monogrammed items, custom sizing, cut yardage and
non-stock merchandise are non-returnable.
All items properly returned under this policy are
eligible for a full refund less any restocking and
shipping charges. This amount will be credited to your
original form of payment.
Return
Procedure:
1. Email Yacht Linens within five days of receipt to
notify us of the reason for the return. We will send a
return email that contains your return merchandise
authorization number. Please put this number on the
outside of the returned package.
2. Ship your return by UPS prepaid and insured for the
full purchase price.
3. Enclose the original sales receipt or a legible
photocopy. Keep a copy for your files.
Our professional staff thoroughly inspects all goods
before they are shipped to you. Please contact us within
5 days if there is a problem with your order.
Special orders of items that are not
usually stocked, such as custom orders, and monogrammed
items are not refundable

Special orders are not refundable. This includes items
which we do not stock and are indicated as such on our
website. This includes special sizing and monogramming.
Special orders personalized by our Yacht Linen’s
representative require a 50% deposit to commence the
order and the balance paid upon delivery, all other
special orders must be paid in full when the order is
placed.

Sizes for Bedding
Yacht Linens can accommodate all your special sizing
needs for decorative bed covering, bed sheeting and
mattress coverings. We suggest that you notify us by
phone at 800-903-9568 or by email at
info@YachtLinens.com to discuss your specific
requirements. Special Sizing items are
non-refundable. ALL MEASUREMENTS TAKEN
IN PERSON BY YACHT LINENS REPRESENTATIVE ON SITE ARE
100% GUARANTEED!
If you have had one of our representatives visit and
measure for your bedding, we guarantee a quality fit and
will inspect for a proper fit and customer satisfaction
at the time of delivery. If you have
sent us your bedding, contact us to discuss
how we may help to resolve any problems you encounter
with the finished product.
