Swatch Service
We would like to ensure your happiness with the colors and textures
of all of our linens and accessories. Select fabric swatches are
available so that you may try the designs and colors in your home
(Swatch purchase is available on the product detail page if
applicable). There will be a $5 charge applied to each swatch,
but this will be re-credited to your account upon its return to us.
Return shipping on swatches is at the customer's expense.
Hours of Operation
Yacht Linens is a custom shop and our hours tend to vary. We
suggest contacting us prior to visiting our showroom to ensure we
will be available on site. Please feel free to contact us

Gift
Certificates
Yacht Linens will gladly send a personalized gift certificate, with
a hand written message, in any dollar amount. Please notify us of
the recipient's name, address, and the message you wish to include,
and we'll do the rest!
Gift Wrapping
Yacht Linens offers complimentary gift wrapping. We use our
signature navy ribbon with a gold Yacht Linens tag on white paper.
Please let us know if you require a special touch to address that
special occasion, and we'll be happy to accommodate you! Enclosure
cards are available, so be sure to inform us of any personal message
you wish to add. If you wish your gift to be shipped directly to the
recipient, please enter their address directly into the shipping
category when you check out with sentiments in the special
instructions section.
Monogramming
Custom monogramming is offered on our fine linens. Depending on the
season, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your monogrammed order to
reach you. Click here to view our
monogramming information page. All monogrammed items are charged in
full when ordered and are not returnable.
Ordering
and Back Orders
You will receive an email confirmation of your online order within
24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to inform you of
the approximate shipping time for back orders. Most orders will be
shipped within 5 business days.
If available, overnight orders must be placed no later than 12:00
noon EST the previous day.
Since our specialty merchandise comes from all over the world,
availability and shipping times may vary. We will let you know of
any delays or backorders. If part of your order is not in stock, you
may choose to have it partially shipped, or we can hold your order
and ship it when it is complete.
Payment and Credit Card Security
We ship throughout the USA and accept Visa, MasterCard and American
Express. VeriSign service is used to process your credit card and
personal information. All data is encrypted before it is sent over
the Internet.
We will not share your information with any other organization.
Should you wish to pay by check, a phone order will be required
using our toll-free number. Your purchase will be shipped after the
funds have cleared, which may delay your order by 3 weeks.
